请教:因我先生结婚以来一直有暴力倾向,我也考虑他在美的压力很大所以一直忍耐,但最近一次冲突很大,我也是生气和害怕就报了警,他上庭,法院要求我出庭,我问了律师说我必须出庭,但他问的律师说我可以不出庭,对我也不会有任何影响(我是临时绿卡),
我也不知怎么办?请给我点意见吧!
他已明确表示不帮我办身份.但毕竟我是因爱他而结合,虽然婚姻失败了我也不想他出什么事,我很矛盾,帮帮我,我想如果我不出庭,对他有好处,对我也没什么太坏的,我想我会考虑,给点建议!! 如果因我未出庭,他这个案子被取消,对我自己申请永久绿卡,会不会有很多麻烦?请指教!
