1)Read your fishing liscense carefully-word by word

if it does not say anything about "rock fish" rule, then point it out to the court, you win.
2) If the liscense states clearly, as most likely it should, then you look arround the place where you purchased your liscense, where you rented your boat..etc, to see if there is anything that is misleading. If there is, you are in luck, take a picture, present it to the court...
3)If all the above fails, you have one last option to success--play dumb. Use words like, " look, this was my first time fishing. Nobody told me that I could not use two poles, otherwise I wouldn't have even pursed the liscense. Besides, I had no idea what rock fish was. All fish looked pretty much the same to me.I catch them, I rease them.(Don't say you eat fish, This is important. If you do, you loose for sure).This fishing liscense was supposed to be my pass to a goo time and it turned out to be something that I can't afford... How about I give my liscense back to you...you don't even need to refund me my money. We just call it even....Try momorize my words so you can say them like your own. Best luck to you, my friend!
