pregnancy layoff 律师会接这种案子吗

公司有５０多人。我的performance良好.怀孕５个月被公司lay off。 每小组大约lay off一个（２０％）。是选择性的。前不久同样职位的一个新来的男同事留下了。
这种情况是否可告公司 discrimination pregnancy layoff。 该向哪里写信。 律师会接这种案子吗？
公司只给了２星期的severance package。 我该如何为自己争取更多权益。
