That is very difficult:
1. You need make sure if FL accept the IN's CCW. If you dont want to conceal carry then it is not that important.
2. If you have high capacity magazine then you need make sure FL accept those. CA only allow 10+1 rounds.
3. In the car the gun should be place in a location that require you leave the driver seat in order to retrieve the weapon. (Nevada Law)
4. In the car the weapon can not be loaded. Your magazine with bullet can not be in the gun. You can not chamber a bullet in the gun either. (Nevada Law)
5. If you are dealing with wolves, then you need bring a rifle. The 45 Caliber might not work well with those.
I only did research between NV to AZ or NV to CA. So those are based on my research.
