just googled and it appears both fedax and UPS offer same day delivery service in this area. So that's the way I'll go.

However, now just wondering how much a fax weight in court comparing with delivery receipt from express mailling service? acceptable documentation ? how about a email ?
This is no longer a urgent question, but would appreciate if anyone can help to provide clear answer. Thanks.
