divorce agreement:您给参谋一下?

Hi, 男人 染 上了流行病。 要辞职。
We lived in CA . We've been married for 16 years, been in the US for 14
yrs. and have two kids, 3 and 6 years old. Kids will live with
me. We have been working on an agreement between us. He offered to give
75% of our total asset to us. I had an feeling that I'll be on my owm raising the children since he gave us more than 50%. I have a full time job, no problem support myself. I was wondering if we could get better than 75% if I had a lawyer represent me. and how much the lawyer would charge. Any body might have an idea? Thanks much!
