how to obtain tax record ?

old cat,

How to obtain ex's tax record in order to calculate child support? Divorce is not finalized and couple files tax seperately. Can one party request the other party's tax record from IRS since they are married and the other party refuses to provide the return?

if not, Can attorney send subpoean to IRS for tax record? Or judge can do it?
