关于朋友小孩受伤的贴，有一个类似的问题

我家中有一个很大的池塘，是天然小溪的一部分， 不可能加盖或锁起来。如果有客人小孩溺水，责任如何，怎么样可以防范。 如果让常来的小孩家长签一个同意免则书是否合法。
