紧 急 求 助 ， 女 儿 的 同 学 在 我 家 里 受 伤 该 怎 么 办

女儿的同 学到我家 里玩 。只 有 不 到 一 分 钟 的 时 间 ， 我 在 给 她 拿 吃 的 ， 她偷 偷打 开了我放 在客 厅角 落里的跑 步机。然 后摔下 来，大 腿和手 臂的皮 肤烧伤 (因 为被逼在墙 角，跑 步机又开得很快) 。我立 刻叫了救 护 车，送她去医 院，事 后也看 望了几 次。然 后她搬 家了，就有一 段没 有联 络。昨 天她妈 妈(美 国人) 发来医 院账 单，她的保 险付了75%，还 有25%。我付了也是应 当的。但 是她说女儿每六周做一 次platsic syrgery, 还 要看心 理医 生，我觉 得非 常不 妙。一是看 起 来 这 像 个 无 底 洞 ， 不知 道我是 不 是应 该全付，还 是 要 求 对 半 付 ； 还有就 是怕她告我赔 偿精 神损 失。请 问我该怎 么 办？女 儿 有 好 几 个 同 学 同 时 来 玩 ， 后 来 也 玩 过 ， 从 来 也 没 有 出 过 问 题 。
