请问老猫和各位xdjm,美国法官签署的Order怎样拿到中国执行?

小孩父亲欠child support和我的部分律师费. 现在法官签署了一个Order, 我可以record a Lien on his property, 包括他在国内的房子(因为他美国的房子快要被forclosed了). 请问, 怎么lien他国内的房产呢? 谢谢大家!
