我已经给CITY CODE ENFORCEMENT DIRETOR写信询问FORT WORTH CITY 有没有CODE规定在RESIDENTIAL AREA 可以容许的噪音的最高程度.希望他们也有象HOUSTON那样有具体规定.如果没有的话.我要上CITY COUNCIL去呐喊去.
对于你最后一句话我的理解就是如果FORT WORTH 没有行政法令來規範當地的噪音標準.根据州的相關法令85 db做為一個參考值,我上法庭去告他们让他们停止或搬移那个PUMP.是不成立的.
所以我要告的话就只有告他们噪音对我造成的伤害.那我就应该找PERSONAL INJUR LAWYER,而不是ENVIROMENT LAYER.对吗?
我已经到我的家庭医生那里治疗过.他已经同意给我出证明这个噪音造成我DEPRESSION.其他的"相當可信的醫學與科學的數據來證明所有的問題都是無可懷疑的由對方所產生的這個”高分貝”的聲音所造成的.您有何见教可以提供一下的呢?
