急~棘手的租房问题

我的lease10月2日到期,今天manager通知涨价30刀,因为owner看到我溜狗的时候狗狗off leash.其实当天我的狗虽然off leash,但是在apartment后面教会的草坪上,不应算apartment的property.但是很难扯清楚.其他tenant都没有涨价.
实在咽不下这口气,但是家有小婴儿搬家困难,房东也是看准了这一点.
请教各位老大我有没有办法对抗他涨价.我在louisiana.//扣谢.
