you need to pay the legal fee. and you may ask the defendant to pay for your legal fee. if you win, he lost, he will have to pay.

I think it's worth to talk to local bar association to ask for an attorney with this kind of specialty. and I think you should be able to win. and you may end up pay some of the legal fee as well.

Judges are not who you think they are, they usually in your kind of case do 50/50 type of judgement.

But it would be a good experience to gain some knowledge that is really needed to survive well in this society.
