If all you do is write an review plus a picture, then I think you are safe under the doctrine of "Fair Use" for both TM and (C) law.

If you are using the TM to promote your own stuff, then there might be some misappropriation claims under TM law, in addition, you might subject yourself to your state's Fair Competition law as well.
