we are not in community property state. 60% of family assets is on his name only, as his 401k and roth IRA account. 30% of family assets are under joint account.Only 10% of family assets is under my name only such as my Roth IRA and annuity.I want to move rest of joint assets as much as possible to our children in case of me die first.

Because I knew he is a kind of dickhead who care about his dick more than our children. I don't want to leave all of assets to him which will be cheated by some kind of foxy golddigger new wife.
