I-130表,有谁为父母申请过 Green card?

正在为父母申请过 Green card, 需要父母的结婚证书copy, 但是中文的. 表上要求:
" Any foreign language document must be accompanied by a full English translation hat the translator has certified as complete and correct. and by the translator's certification that he or she is competent to translate the foreign language to English"
请问可以在美国找翻译办吗? 什么人合格呢? 知到的XDJM竜帮个忙吗．　谢谢先!！
