朋友所在公司内部纠纷，要她作证人,可否拒绝？

朋友所在公司前雇员与公司老板打官司，涉及公司财务，因朋友是公司会计，该前雇员指定要她出庭作证，朋友不想与此官司有任何瓜葛，想要拒绝，不知可否？请帮助解答，多谢！
