what kind lawyer do I need? I am in trouble with my roommates

Dear all:

Sorry that I am not able to write in Chinese at this moment.

I have problems with my roommates for a while already. The two roommates of mine are friends each other. They moved into this apartment about six months after me. Lately, they start doing very bad things to me including stealing my money and other improtant materials when I was not at home. I plan to move out but my lease would not complete until next July. Meanwhile, due to joint leasing contract, I would not be able to move out without my roommates' agreement. Now, I want to look for leagel protection. However, I am not sure what kind of lawyer I should find for help. Could any one offer me some suggestion?

I am in Philadelphia, PA.
