想请问，如果离婚，我需要支付他与他前妻孩子的抚养费么？

他与他前妻离婚后，他负有孩子的抚养权。来美之后，孩子交予他父母抚养。现在我们打算离婚，想请问，法院会判我支付孩子的抚养费么。谢谢。
