在纽约H-1 fulltime，被公司无理由解雇了，请大家出主意

我在纽约，建筑师，在一个很小的公司工作了两个月，除了一对couple老板，一个OPT的，还有我，其他的都是intern。

我是fulltime employee under H-1B（H1-B正在从上一个工作transfer中），由于一直很瞧不起老板的垃圾人品，估计被他们看出来了，所以昨天被他们解雇了。我说既然你是在fire我就要给我理由，他们也说不出来，只说we are sorry that it seems not working out, we like what you do but we dont think that you are happy here.

BTW，这个小公司曾经和正在雇佣没有工作签证的人，并且全面使用盗版软件。

请大家帮忙出出主意，我是不是有机会告他们，有多大的空间可以赢，赢了会有什么赔偿？
