Apartment 闹蟑螂, 可以以此为由终止lease吗?

搬到现在居住的Apartment一个半月. 发现有蟑螂. 问题是我现在怀孕, 不敢用Pesticide. 请问可不可以和Manager讨论终止Lease. 不知道有蟑螂的Apartment是否属于不适合居住的building.
