配偶的绿卡有两种,conditional and unconditional.

If you have married for a number of years (4, or 5, I don't remember), before you filed the green card application, it is unconditional. It means her greencard is valid even if you divorce.

For the conditional case, her greencard needs to renew every year, with evidence of being in marriage with you. If you divorce, her greencard becomes invalid.
