Get police report first. it should have both party's DL or whatever the info the cop got on the scene.

Call Fireman's Fund Insurance Company any way, try to find out if the ins. is still valid. some people don't keep the up-to-date ins. card inside the car.

if not, call your ins. company, tell them what you have and they should pick up what you left off. that's they got paid for.

She has the 100% fault. In worst case, if you can't get anything from either yours or her ins. company, you can file a small claim (up to a limit, say $7500) or even put a lien on her property. no worries.
