My hu*****and found a contractor off the craigslist to do the patio work for us.The contractor finished the job and we paid him in full. Now the subcontractor who supplied the concrete is putting a lien on us because the contractor gave him a bad check and is now nowhere to be found. Are we liable for the subcontractor payment?
