电话预约忘了cancel，被威胁要负全部费用，否则上法庭。

We scheduled a home inspection appointment but forgot to cancel. The inspector said we will be responsible for all the fees, even though the service is not provided, otherwise he will sue us on the court.
We haven't signed anything for the inspection service and all he has is our address and telephone.
Can he really sue us?
