请大家帮忙!卖主毁约了,我该怎么办?

十天前,我们看中了一个房子,很喜欢,并下了offer,对方已接受了,我们正准备办理一些手续,后来我的经纪告诉我:对方不想卖了,理由是他没有找到房子,我们觉得很气愤,请大家帮忙看看这是不是毁约,难道我们就不受法律保护?我们该怎么办?
