回复：评分问题

I check with my department chair and was told to follow my syllabus. But, if the student feel the school's grade policy was violated (typically as it relates to the course outline/evaluation scale) then there is a grievance procedure to follow.

Since I have never gone through the grievance procedure, I just wonder whether it will impact my performance (I just finished my first year teaching) if the student goes through the grievance procedure. Could anyone that go through this procedure give me some suggestion? Thanks a lot!
