transmission problem the second time! All u have now is suspicion which is completely useless! U can go to another garage to check if it's indeed transmission problem (of cause u have to pay), if it is, then u have a good start to deal/sue them or complain to ford headquarter. But now u're not really sure if this is the problem yourself, how can u argue with them?
