请教一个合同的问题

我找了一家trading firm. 需要交押金, 他们传给我的合同草稿中押金用的是security deposit. 现在， 他们又传给我的合同正式版中押金用的是capital contribution. security deposit 和 capital contribution 在法律上有什么不同?
合同中有一句话， 是： "Upon termination of this Agreement, all Net Trading Profits and/or any 'Capital contribution' against any losses Balance, net of any Losses, Loss Loans, or Excess Amounts, and/or any other costs, fees or amounts owed by you to the Company, will be paid out to you as soon as practicable."
这样的合同，我退出时能把押金要回来吗？
