我在ebay的网上商店买了一瓶维生素,收到才发现过期了,06/07的有效期

当时他的介绍中确实说了是06/07,但是在这个posting后面在2007年10月他又补充了一些其他内容,所以我当时认为他没有更新他的广告说明而已. 现在很生气,他更生气,认为完全邮寄了他所说明的货品.

不知道在美国卖过期药品是不是违法?
