1. Get all the paperwork especially the purchase agreement, offer and cancellation. Looking for languages that is favor to you.

2. Feel sick is not excuse to get out of a binding contract. You need to be seriously sick, loss of employment or death of spouse to get out a contract.

3. Your cancellation can be consider paperwork that you gave up the earner's money. Ask your agent for detail.
