回复：第一次听说警察是不能被投诉的！

Read this carefully,

Metro police department has their own complain department, but they rarely doing anything to small matter like this. They are more into the corruptions etc ...........

If you want your complain to stick, you want to make sure you have the evidence. The COP made judgment call that punished both party (not to punish anybody)is a very smart move.. We all know that is a favor to the kids, but you can not prove that. If you can not prove then dont argue.

Complain to police does not make your life better. My judge friend once told me "dont fight a battle that you can not win." It takes time to really understand that.


Ask big cat, I think he will agree with me.
