护照 renew

Plan to go back to China in August.

I do have a bank account in China and created with Chinese passport.
Since I forget the pin number so that I have to use Chinese passport to get money back.

I am US citizen now, I was told in order to get Visa to China, I should return old Chinese passport.

Is the old chinese passport will be return back if I get a visa to china?

Ask for help for those who have the similar issues.
