Thanks, the fact is

The fact is the policeman who write the summon did not see the condition, some other policeman called him here.
我的情况是开罚单签名的那个警察根本就没有看见，至少有2-3个人可以作证这一点，另外一个警察叫他从远处过来，他就过来开了罚单并签名
罚单上明确写着“我本人看到了发生的情况，否则我会被控告违反Class A dismeaner"等
那如果那2-3个人不来法庭，我打算叫他们写一个声明可以吗，有没有要注意的？

我主要是听说在法庭上很难有自己讲话的机会，法官就直接判社区劳动等
