1. I think there is possible to find an offer for my hu*****and. He has some co-operators in college. But I do not understand "waiver估计还没到INS, J1转换也不难". Also, I do not know if we need ask for J-1, or H-1 or O-1 from the new employer if my hu*****and can find an offer. Which one is feasible?
2. If the new employer still support J-1, we need to re-apply waiver, right?
3. If the current waiver we submitted is blocked, will it be a trouble for us to apply the second waiver?
4. Like this case, if the new employer is willing to support O-1, can we apply in US or have to apply out of board?
