问老猫纽约法庭问题 谢谢

因为街头站路挡道，要上Criminial court
就是由于人多而站在便道上，挡路(法拉盛地区)
控罪也是挡人行道， 为一个Violation

问问：

1 如果DISMISS了还有没有记录？算不算犯罪记录吗？
2 如果法庭没有DISMISS，会不会当庭宣判罚款等？我不同意可以请律师重开庭打官司吗？
3 如果宣判以后可以继续上诉吗？
4 如果判罚款或者社区劳动，有没有犯罪记录？
