如果是他的责任, 他的保险公司赔你, 你的保费一般不涨.

车祸的责任跟保险的赔偿有密切关系, 谁的责任谁的保险公司赔非责任方. 责任方没保险有全保的非责任方的保险公司赔, 一般不长保费; 责任方在全保时(没全保只好自己消化)有可能自己的保险公司赔, 但赔了很大可能要长保费.

从你的说明看不出谁的责任, 从你说的对方后面撞你, 好似是对方的责任; 但你又说的保险公司赔对方, 好象是你的责任. 看警察的报告是怎么写的吧.
