诚请老猫和其他懂租房的朋友帮忙：多谢 了！！

因LG工作问题要搬去其他州，买了３年的房子卖不出去，只能出租。从来没有这方面的经验，不知道怎样办 ？听说租房找不到好房客以后会有很多麻烦，想想都想哭。

想问：１。我们要怎样尽可能多地避免以后的麻烦？

２。我们出租房子的话有哪些程序 ？作哪些 事？

３。找出租公司就能解决一切问题了吗？

４。象这种情况您有什么建议 ？
