They are like the old chinese "Shang Hui". The get money from all the companies. All you get a a complaint on the dealer record.

You are screwed, unless you have proof that they did things illegal. Dealer, or sells men, equals cheaters in this country. He does not need to "trick" you, he is licensed to "lie" to you.
