紧急求助！Urgent help please!

被迫离开公司，但是私人笔记本被强制拿走．里面有一些信息（关于回国创业）可能会惹官司．公司保证明天还给我，如果没有敏感资料．我该如何是好？有一线的希望没发现．不过如何做最坏打算？律师能否帮忙？能否推荐一个？
