stop sign 未停，被警察MM 罚单200大洋，求助！

今天倒霉，傍晚外出Grocery Shopping， 归途中stop sign 未停，谁知正被后面的警察MM 抓住，开出罚200大。 请问我还有机会上法庭Dispute 吗？有可能吗？

惭愧，惭愧。第一次违规并路遇警察，毫无经验，手足无措，欲哭无泪，求助大家。我在加拿大。
