请大家帮忙！非常感谢！！

两 个星期前做了羊水穿刺，在做的过程中我丈夫看到baby的头抬了一下， 我们怀疑baby的头有碰到针头。结束的时候医生没有向我们解析， 我们也没有问她。 事后我们越想越不放心，就约了时间问她。 她说baby的头没有碰到针头，后来我们又约了一次问她， 目的是为了问清楚整个的过程， 今天我收到了她的信， 意思是说我们的关系已经被破坏了，她要我们找其他的医生， 她不想继续为我们服务。现在我有两个问题请教：
1。 她会不会怕承担责任故意说baby 头没有碰到针头？
2。她这封信是什么意思？我应该怎么办？
