The tenant filled Chapter 13 Bankruptcy, what will be next?

The tentant failed to pay rent up 2 months already, So I filled eviction. Today on court, the tentant show her chapter 13 bankruptcy case copy, and the judge said he can hold the case until I get relief order from bankruptcy court. What is relief order? During the process, she can stay in the house as long as she want? Appricate all your help and suggection. Thanks!
