Call lawyer NOW/IMMEDIATELY, find out the Canadian law. I believe you still have right to demand your daugther come back. But there is a statuary limitation on the time frame. Say, if you didn't visit her for X amount of time, you lost you custodian right. YOU MUST BE VERY CAREFUL AND ACT QUICK. Consult your lawyer, he is the only person can help you.
