咨询求助

我家后院有一个SwingSet. 我们从Walmart买了材料自己安装的。不知是材料不好还
是安装水平不过关， 总是摇摇欲坠的样子。我们都不敢让小孩子玩。但是几个邻居
家的小孩和我家老大是同学， 他们会互相串门玩。如果出了事，是不是会是我们的
责任？如果我家没人的时候出事呢？有什么办法可以把它加加固可以保证不出事？
是不是可以找Walmart? 不过我们的发票早就没有了。不胜感激！
