Is TN better than H1B?

Hi,

I just got my H1B, and since several agents contacted me recently, I told them I got H1B and asked them to keep an eye for me, in case if there is any good opportunity. But they never replied me. Not like before, when I use TN1 visa(visa for Canadian working in USA), they were very aggressive.

So is TN1 better than H1B? should I give up H1B? ( BTW, I don't want to green card)
