请教老猫和各位朋友有关eviction 的问题

我们家孩子她爸为帐单问题和apartment干上了,因为他们黑箱操作,有fraud. 他们给他下了three day notice,威胁说不付就要请attorney,开始legal procedure.

我的问题是:
1. 如果被evicted, 还有人租房给我们吗?
2.我的credit上是否也会被记上一笔?

我多次劝他吃点亏算了,不要跟他们斗, 息事宁人,但他不听,说他们没有给他造成任何心理压力, 压力全来自我的唠叨.

我妈让我借朋友的钱先付了,她寄钱给我,我是否该用这个办法? 我不好意思跟人讲,觉得挺丢人.

我想带孩子回国去父母家,躲开这件事.
