一年租约才住了3个月，租户自己买房，月底就搬了，怎么办？

因为看他们是外州搬来的中国人，我们还等了他们半个月，签了一年Lease，只住了3个月，说看中一个房，买下了，月底就搬。口气就像Month-by-month给30天通知一样。我们的合约明年1月到期。
