From my understanding and research about speeding tickets,

unless she can prove that she did not drive 16ml (or any miles) above speed limit at the time, she is guilty of speeding.

I am trying to help her, as lots of other people here did. We want her to realize that speeding in school zone is a serious business; driving while vision is impaired is also a very serious business. We don't want something bad happen to anybody, including her.

Telling people what one really thinks is not judgmental. When I come to ask for help, I want people's honest opinions.
