紧急求助：老公因我怀孕要和我离婚。

因我一时糊涂嫁给一无情无义不负责任的人。结婚快五年了。最近却因为我怀孕要和
我离婚。他已在上诉。我现在怀孕五个月了。本来不想在怀孕期间 file case, 害
怕伤心会影响宝宝的建康，可他却迫不及待。有没有人知道在法律上我可不可以怀
孕害怕伤心会影响宝宝和母亲的建康为理由，延缓离婚。 如果不行，现在我该怎样
找个好律师为宝宝和自己争取最大权益？我在康州。多谢大家了！
